Thought it’d be fun to share this segment I wrote about 6 years ago for a local news station’s blog chronicling my experience of doing a stay at home mom segment on their noon news show. Makes me tired to read how crazy demanding most minutes of my life were when I was in the thick of it during those early stay at home mom years…

Behind the Scenes of a SAHM’s First Ever TV Interview!

As a stay at home mom of 3 kids (6 years, 4 years and 8 months), life is hectic, not in a big city career woman way, more like a how quick can you clean up a diaper blow out and get in the van so your pre-schooler will only be 10 minutes late instead of 20, kind of way. Life is definitely not predictable, dealing with the incredibly changing moods of my kiddos, but it has a certain routine and rhythm to which I’m accustomed. Doing a 2 and ½ minute segment on NBC 15 news, does NOT fit into my little life’s natural rhythm!
